Eden Prairie, MN – Three major business advocacy organizations – the TwinWest Chamber of Commerce, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and the National Federation of Independent Business SAFE Trust – today endorsed Representative Erik Paulsen for re-election to Congress. The TwinWest Chamber of Commerce is the largest chamber of commerce in the Third Congressional District.

“My first priority in Congress has been job creation,” said Rep. Paulsen. “A thriving business community has led the way out of every economic downturn this country has faced, and we willrely on them to do so again. The endorsements from these business groups are incredibly important to me and I look forward to working with them in the future to make sure the American economy remains competitive and puts people to work.”

TwinWest Chamber of Commerce:
“Once again, TwinWest considers Congressman Paulsen to be a ‘Hero of Business’ through his voting record, positions on key issues important to businesses, and his outstanding record of taking the concerns of business to Washington, to help move this economy forward and to spur job growth. Congressman Paulsen’s leadership to repeal the job crushing medical device tax is laudable.” Greg Korstad, Chair of the TwinWest Board of Directors

NFIB SAFE Trust:
“Congressman Erik Paulsen has consistently advocated on behalf of small business,” said Lisa Goeas, NFIB Vice President, Political and Grassroots. “Whether fighting for health-care reform that allows small businesses to have more flexibility in the health insurance market or introducing legislation to scale back onerous regulations on job creators, Congressman Paulsen is committed to doing big things for small business.”
